1. How do I order replacement parts?
The most reliable and fastest way to order is guaranteed by our online store. We can process these orders immediately.
If you are not sure, you can post a comment. We then can check your order and may change it.
Of course you can also order by email, fax or phone.
2. How are the parts shipped?
We ship via GLS or DHL, you will receive a shipment tracking number. Small items will be shipped by mail. All shipments are insured.
3. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of items ordered and include transport insurance.
For special large and / or light parts, the volume weight is calculated.
4. What do the abbreviations mean?
AT = Exchange
OE = Original spare part
TD = Turbo Diesel
BVM = Manual gearbox
BV4 = 4-speed gearbox
BV5 = 5-speed gearbox
BVA = Automatic gearbox
RHD/DAD = Right hand steering
BL = Berline/Saloon
BK = Break/Estate/Safari
PT = Prestige
5. What are exchange parts?
Exchange parts are refurbished parts (old part is to be returned). After receiving the new rexchange part you send us back the old part and we will refund the deposit amount.. If the old part is not returned, we cannot refund your deposit.
6. How do I return for spare parts?
Please ensure adequate packaging and use our return form (Download) or a copy of the invoice. Please make sure you enter your account details in (IBAN and BIC) for refund of the amount. For returns without form or copy of the invoice, we charge a processing fee. Unfortunately insufficient postage will not be accepted.
7. When will my credit card be charged?
The credit card will not be charged at time of order, but only when we process your order and have ensured that all parts are available.
8. Can I pay with PayPal?
We accept payments by PayPal (except orders from Germany).
9. Can I pay by direct debit?
Direct Debit is only possible by prior arrangement (planned in future).
10. How quickly will my order be shipped?
If all the parts are in stock, we will ship your order immediately after payment. If certain parts are not in stock, the delivery time may be delayed, so that all parts can be sent in one shipment. If this will last longer than 3 working days we will inform you.
11. I am a dealer. What should I watch for the order?
Make no payment for your order yet!
For EU customers with Vat-number and / or arranged special rates we will change the amount and send you a corrected order confirmation. Please pay only the amount stated therein. We reserve the right to charge a fee for the refund of any overpayment.
12. Are all the parts available?
In general, all parts listed in our online shop are in stock and ready to ship. A few parts are available within 48 hours.
13. Why is there a surcharge for small quantities?
For orders with very low value we charge a low order fee to cover the processing costs. Without this fee, we would have to introduce a minimum order value.
